  1. Introduction



These Rules of Procedure are binding and set out the terms and conditions that you shall respect in order to stay at Camping Vassiliki Beach (hereinafter referred to as the “Camping”) and make use of our services.

In case you do not agree with these terms and / or with our Company’s Privacy Policy – which is an integral part of these Rules of Procedure – you shall refrain from using our services. The Company reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

The following terms apply both to campers who choose the Camping and to guests visiting the Camping temporarily.



  1. General rules



  1. The only entrance to the Camping is from the Reception, which is open daily from 7:00 to 23:00. While entering the Camping, campers shall show us their passports or identity cards in order for us to register their identification details.



  1. The exact spot where each client is allowed to camp is indicated exclusively by the Camping staff member in charge. A change of spot is only allowed with the permission of the Directorate.



  1. Campers shall depart before 12:00, otherwise a one (1) day surcharge will be incurred.



  1. Quiet hours must be respected between 15:00 to 17:00 and 00:30 to 07:00.



  1. The use of Air-Condition is prohibited after 00:30.



  1. The use of Air-Condition is allowed only with the permission of the Reception at an extra cost of 4€ / day. It is forbidden to use an oven, stockpot cookers, coffee makers, etc.



  1. The main gate closes at 00:00 and the beach gate at 23:00. It is forbidden to enter or exit the Camping and drive vehicles inside the Camping after 00:00. If you return after 00:00, you shall park in the outside Parking and enter the Camping on foot.



  1. The clients who wish to leave during the morning hours when the Reception is closed, should leave their car from the previous evening in the Parking.



  1. Maximum vehicle speed limit within the Camping area is 5 km.

  2. Campers are responsible for the cleanliness of their spots.



  1. Visitors to the Camping are allowed only with the permission of the Directorate and after showing their identity cards or passports at the Reception, where their identification details will be registered. The maximum time limit of stay for visitors is two (2) hours. In case the visitor stays beyond the permitted time, they shall pay an overnight stay fee. Visitors shall depart before 00:00. Visitors shall enter the Camping only from the main entrance.



  1. You can use a car or a motorbike in order to enter or leave the Camping but you cannot drive around inside the Camping.



  1. You are kindly asked to keep all areas clean and use the special waste containers. We expect you to respect nature and not to pour dirty water on the trees and plants.



  1. It is forbidden to empty the chemical toilets and pour dirty water, in general, in the common areas. You are allowed to empty the chemical toilets and pour dirty water only in the place indicated by the Reception.



  1. It is forbidden to wash utensils, clothes and food at the outdoor taps. Washing is only allowed in the place indicated by the Reception.



  1. It is strictly forbidden to light a fire outdoors for cooking or other purposes. It is expressly emphasized that barbecues are also prohibited. Exceptionally, and at the sole responsibility of the client, who shall take all necessary safety measures and also make sure that they do not disturb the other campers in any way, barbecuing exclusively with gas is allowed.



  1. It is forbidden to nail anything to the tree trunks.



  1. Any intervention – addition that alters the image of the Camping is strictly forbidden, both on the camping area and on the camping equipment, – such as the construction of roofs, fencing, bunkers, barbecue – regardless of the construction materials. The removal of wheels from caravans and the support of tents with other than the traditional support means is prohibited.



  1. Please be courteous to the Camping workers.



  1. Camping signs, markings and notices are an integral part of these Rules of Procedure.



  1. Pets



  1. Pets are most welcome, however, inside the Camping, they must be on a leash and under the supervision of their owner. We kindly request that pets’ daily walks to relieve themselves be done outside the Camping. Owners are responsible for collecting their pets’ droppings. Pet owners must ensure that pets do not disturb other campers in any way, either by making constant noises or by their general behaviour. Failure to comply with the above constitutes ground for the expulsion of the pet owner – camper from the Camping.



  1. Insurance – Disclaimer – Camper’s liability



  1. The Camping is covered by liability insurance.



  1. Any damage caused by the camper or their guests to the facilities or equipment of the Camping is the sole responsibility of the camper, who is obliged to repair the damage immediately. It is expressly stated that campers who make a joint group reservation are jointly and severally liable for any damage caused by any member of the group.



  1. Guardians of minors shall be solely responsible for any damage or accidents caused by these minors. They shall also ensure that the minors do not disturb other campers and do not make noise during quiet hours. It is advised than minors are accompanied when using the common areas. The common areas are not intended for play.



  1. The Camping is not responsible for loss of items due to theft or damage. Campers are required to secure their belongings on their own.



  1. The Camping shall not be liable for any material or non-material damage caused to the camper due to natural disasters, force majeure, acts of terrorism, flora and fauna (insects, animals, plants, etc.), or any other random event, as well as due to failure of the camper to comply with these Rules of Procedure and with the instructions of the Directorate in general.



  1. Booking procedure



  1. You can make a request for reservation either through our website’s contact form or by sending an e-mail or through the Camping’s social media accounts or by phone. In any case and regardless of the means chosen, the client will be asked to inform us as to the desired dates of stay, the camping medium (tent, caravan, etc), the number of campers and any other request they may have. Upon submission of the necessary information and depending on the availability of the Camping, the client will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of the reservation.



  1. Cancellation policy



  1. The client can cancel their reservation without any charge up to fourteen (14) days before their arrival. Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@campingvassilikibeach.com. If the client cancels the reservation seven to thirteen (7-13) days prior to arrival, 30% of the fee will be charged. If the customer cancels the reservation three to six (3-6) days prior to arrival, 50% of the fee will be charged. If the client cancels two (2) days prior to arrival or does not show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged.



  1. Means of payment



  1. Payment can be made by cash or credit / debit card. The total amount must be paid by the time the client departs from the Camping. In the case of group bookings, the members of the group are jointly and severally liable for the payment. The Company reserves the right to request a deposit in order to confirm your reservation. In this case, the deposit shall be paid to a bank account of the Company. Likewise, in the event of cancellation of a reservation or no-show, the client is obliged to pay the corresponding fee, based on what is explained in the Cancellation Policy above, by bank deposit.



  1. Personal data protection



  1. The protection of our clients’ personal data is very important to us. For more information on how we collect and process your personal data, please read carefully our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.



  1. Applicable law



  1. These Rules of Procedure, as well as any amendments thereto, shall be governed by Greek law. For any dispute that may arise from these Rules of Procedure and which cannot be resolved out of court, the competent courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction.



  1. Final provisions



  1. If any provision of these Rules of Procedure is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you will still be bound by all other provisions. If any right under these Rules of Procedure is not exercised by the Company, it shall not be deemed to be a waiver and the right may be exercised at any time by the Company in its sole discretion.



  1. Any client or visitor who enters and stays in the Camping is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the terms set out herein, without exception, and to understand that these Rules of Procedure constitute a legally binding agreement between them and the Company.



  1. The Directorate of the Camping has the right to send away any recalcitrant camper, visitor and in general anyone who does not comply with these Rules of Procedure or harms the Camping in any way.



  1. In case of conflict between the Greek and the English version of these Rules of Procedure, the provisions of the Greek version shall prevail.
